Living with Gratitude

Life is filled with twists and turns. As humans, we tend to think of the past, present and future. "What could I have done better?" "Where do I want to go?" "Who do I want to become?" "Am I doing enough?" We make choices that alter our paths forward that ultimately builds upon who we are as an individual.

Thanksgiving is a day to slow down and enjoy what we have In the Moment. It allows us to show Gratitude towards those who have helped us along the way: Our Family, Friends, Mentors, Coaches, and even our Exes (if applicable). Each person we come across brings us a lesson in life and a new opportunity to be a better person. This day allows us to focus in on those people who are most important in our lives.

I am so grateful for those who have taught me the valuable lessons that have led up to this very moment. Today, I ran with several of my Clients (Friends) who have been training with me to run the Turkey Trot amongst other things. Most were new to running an organized 5K; while others focused on beating their existing time. No matter the individual goals, my heart was filled with joy and gratitude as I watched these magnificent people achieve something new within themselves.

I have been incredibly blessed to have been given an opportunity to coach such an amazing group of individuals who inspire me daily. Fitness, Health and Wellness is a lifestyle… Live with Love; Live for Experiences; Live to Learn Constantly; Live to Enjoy Food; Live to Move often; Live with Intention & Consistency; and most importantly, Live with Gratitude of the amazing person You have become.
