This transitional small group training experience is designed to help clients successfully maintain their results after reducing or discontinuing their GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound®.
Research shows that long-term success after GLP-1 therapy depends significantly on maintaining lean muscl mass, metabolic health, strength and sustainable lifestyle habits. This program bridges the gap between medication-assisted weight-loss and lifestyle changes to build lifelong health through progressive resistance training, metabolic conditioning, nutritional support, accountability, and consistency.
This 12-week program is designed around lifestyle changes. Clients will learn how to:
