For those who love dancing and working your core and glutes, this workout is for you. Welcome to Hip Hop Tone which is a 60-minute workout that combines 30-Minutes of Hip Hop Dancing and 30-Minutes of BUTTZ/GUTZ all in one workout. You'll be sure to have a blast!

This 30-60 min just strength class provides exercises designed to increase muscle mass, build stronger bones, enhance flexibility, tone, and increase the body’s metabolism to burn fat more quickly and effectively. We will be using a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and one’s own body weight. Available in 30-60 Min Classes.

SPIKED is a cardio kickboxing full-body workout combining Spiked athletic drills, Punches, Intensity, Kicks, Energy, and Dance Flare all in a combination that will get your heart pumping while having fun. This class is a 45-minute
