Tanya is a Certified Holistic Life, Career, and Executive Coach, NASM Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) • Certified Women's Fitness Specialist (CFS) • Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor (CGFI), and Corporate Executive. Tanya has been in a corporate setting for over 25 years in multiple positions. Tanya has spent over half of her career in leadership roles such as Vice President of Business Development, Executive Director Trade Relations, and has been an Independent Consultant. Her experience spans from self-start-ups to Fortune 10 organizations. Her roles have allowed her to mentor, train, and develop new and existing employees; present in large groups of people across multiple audiences; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver financial results.
