CARDIO DRUMMING
(Coming This Summer/Fall)

This 45-Min high-energy class combines drumming & dance moves using a stability ball and drumsticks to provide a fun full-body cardio workout to your favorite hits. Instr: Tanya Johnson, CPT, CWC, WFS, CGFI. Bring a towel & water bottle

55+ Classes will be taught with a 30-Min duration using a low-impact cardio workout while drumming and dancing to your favorite hits. 

DANCE PARTY

Come join the 60-min dance party. We will learn several different dance styles and combos. With choreography and repetitive movements, and some fun music, this class is designed for all levels and abilities. Instr: Tanya Johnson, CPT, CWC, WFS, CGFI. Bring a towel & water bottle

STRENGTH FUNDAMENTALS

This 45-Min class is designed for beginners in mind who have an interest in resistance training but do not know where to start. We will learn different exercises using a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and one's own body weight while focusing on proper form. Instr: Tanya Johnson, CPT, CWC, WFS, CGFI. Bring a towel & water bottle

STRENGTH FUSION

This 45-Min intermediate class is designed for those who are looking to enhance their fitness program to build strength and endurance while increasing metabolism through interval-style exercises. Instr: Tanya Johnson, CPT, CWC, WFS, CGFI. Bring a towel & water bottle
