You'll work through a variety of exercises using dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight and more with an emphasis on proper form, tempo, and progressive overload. Each set is structured to maximize muscle engagement and deliver real results.

BUTTZ & GUTZ

This class is designed to target your lower body and midsection with a powerful combination of strength, stability, and toning exercises.
