INDIVIDUAL OR PARTNER
PERSONAL TRAINING
Individual 60-Min or 30-Min 1:1 or Partner Person Training Sessions available by session, 6-Week Packages, or 12-Week Packages. These sessions are designed with You and/or You and Your Partner in mind to meet your health and fitness goals. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Interested in meeting your personal goals but not sure you want to do it alone? Join our small group personal training sessions of 4 participants. These sessions are 60-Mins in length to help one another meet their fitness goals without judgment. Together, we will determine individual/group goals, keep one another accountable throughout the week while getting a great workout in. Sessions will include 45-Mins of exercise and 15 mins of discussion of how the week went, obstacles, successes, and more. Small group sessions forming this Summer/Fall 2025 with more options, days and times expanding into 2026. Join a group that resonates with you and let's help support one another in our fitness goals. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
(LARGER BODIED ATHLETES)
Starting Fall 2025
​Fitness is for EveryBODY. This 4-person; 60-min training session is designed for those people who are larger in size and who want to form a healthier routine built on both exercise and nutrition with the support of peers, but may not feel comfortable in a group fitness environment. Join this class to meet people with similar goals, develop strength, endurance, and confidence while supporting one another in building a healthier lifestyle. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
(WOMEN'S SMALL GROUP)
This 4-person; 60-min training session is designed with women in mind. Women go through multiple stages of changes throughout their lifetime that begins with puberty that runs into the childbirth stage, and leads into the peri- & post-menopausal transitions. Meet other women to develop a bond and share ideas that can help support one another to stay healthy through the different stages in life. Through the workouts, nutrition, group accountability, and discussions, this group will support one another to help meet one another's individual goals. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
(55+)
​A combination of resistance training & cardio is a great way to maintain stronger muscles and bones as we continue to age through our lifecycle. It allows us to do the activities we enjoy doing such as golfing, pickleball, hiking, biking and other fun activities while reducing the risk of injuries. This 4-person; 60-Min training session is built with the older population in mind to help strengthen all areas of the body including your heart. During our training sessions, we will focus on strength, stability, and low-impact cardio exercises while also discussing healthy eating tips to help build and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
