fitmbs™ offers virtual and live POUND®, Yoga, Dance, and Strength Workout Classes. We also offer Holistic Life, Career, and Executive Coaching Services. Our passion is to assist people in reaching their fitness goals whether it is helping people reach their physical health goals through live and/or virtual group fitness classes or exploring changes in their lives through one-hour 1:1 life, career, or executive coaching sessions. We will provide tools to help you succeed in whatever fitness goals fit your lifestyle.

According to the dictionary definition, fitness is defined as "the condition of being physically fit and healthy." That's a loaded answer and everyone's perception of fitness can be different. I see fitness as being a holistic model taking into consideration the mind, body and soul of one's overall health.

FITMBS™ takes into consideration that there is no one person alike. We are all different in our unique ways to the way we work, think, sleep, eat, exercise, deal with stress, and more. All of these components add up to how our bodies metabolize throughout the day. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone your body, build muscle and flexibility, and/or strengthen your mind, our coaching is designed with everyBODY in mind.
