Service Description
New to a strength class? Have you taken strength in the past but may be out of practice? This class is designed for you. This will be a small group class that will allow the participants and instructors to hone in on the fundamentals of strength and body form. Body form is key to any strength class to prevent injuries, pain, and other negative impacts if movements of the body are done incorrectly. Take as many of these fundamental classes as you want so that you feel comfortable prior to moving onto one of our more intermediate/advanced strength classes. Incorporating strength into any fitness routine is essential to help tone and build muscle while increasing metabolism.
