Who doesn't love good beats to energize your workout! Sometimes, it is the music that motivates you and pushes you further or challenges you not to give up amidst a workout. Which is why we also found it important to incorporate.

FITMBS™ is excited to offer members a whole new workout experience through STRONG NATION™. The workout is done to the beat, and the music is not in the background but a participant in the workout with you! What does that mean? STRONG NATION™ synced the moves in a high-intensity workout to a beat. So they reverse-engineered the music to match every single move. With the beat on your side to liven up your workout, you will to push to get through that last rep!

What can we expect when we join a STRONG NATION™ class? The classes are inspired by martial arts, with your favorite moves from push-ups to lunges to burpees to make it a unique experience -- and burn even more calories! And expect to jam out! Instead of focusing on each rep (and dreading every moment), you are focused on the posture of the move with the beat. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

FITMBS™ Coach Haniel explains that the "most important thing in the workout is that it is a HIIT workout, but instead of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), it becomes a High Intensity Tempo Training (HITT). It's a body weight workout so no weights needed with your sweat." So the workout is made for you - by you! No extra equipment needed. Coach Haniel also reassures us that there is also modifications to the moves so no person is left not feeling successful!
