Come join the DANCE PARTY with some fun moves and tunes. We will learn several styles of dance moves such as salsa, hip hop, broadway, country line dancing and we may even add in some cardio kickboxing. Designed for all levels and ages. Exercises designed to increase muscle mass, build stronger bones, enhance flexibility, tone, and increase the body’s metabolism to burn fat more quickly and effectively. We will be using a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and one’s own body weight. Available in 30-45 Min Classes.
